JCB Smith and LCOR hired FSG to collaborate with five designers—Grizform Design Architects, Hickok Cole, Design Collective, Land Design, and Streetsense, on Eckington Yard’s three apartment communities; City Homes, 1625 Eckington, and Judd & Weiler, across four buildings. FSG delivered all FF&E for the community’s amenity spaces, supporting a mixed-use project in Northeast DC that includes 457 apartments, 45 two-level condos, 179 luxury high-rise condos, roughly 70,000 square feet of retail, pet salons, pools, outdoor kitchens, and rooftop amenities. Designed to activate Quincy Avenue, the development creates a lively, pedestrian-friendly main street with curated retail, dining, and outdoor amenities that foster community interaction and urban vibrancy.
