FSG partnered with Stonehill Taylor and Bozzuto to oversee the FF&E sourcing and procurement across all interiors, amenities, and common spaces of Liberty Harbor East, Baltimore’s newest luxury waterfront residence. Developed by Harbor East Management Group with Bozzuto, and designed by Hickok Cole Architects with interiors by Stonehill Taylor, the 22-story building includes 282 rental apartments and 33 boutique condominiums, resting atop a two-story, 50,000-square-foot flagship Whole Foods and street-level retail. Architecture draws inspiration from its roots—built on the historic Fairfield Yard of Bethlehem Steel—with a façade invoking ocean waves and sailboats; warm nautical materials and clean finishes inside evoke the harbor setting. Residents enjoy an elevated amenity experience: a sweeping ninth-floor courtyard with infinity pool and resort-style deck overlooking the harbor, clubroom, library and study lounges, fitness & yoga studios, private dining, dog park, grilling areas, and panoramic views.
