FSG collaborated with Shalls Design Studio to deliver all FF&E for Academy Mapleton Hill, a thoughtfully designed senior living community at the base of Mount Sanitas. Opened in November 2023, the community offers 89 refined residences, including independent living and memory care units, complemented by curated services and stunning views. The design integrates biophilic principles, incorporating natural elements and materials to create a harmonious living environment. Amenities include a therapy pool, library, game rooms, salon, theater, and communal dining areas, all designed to foster wellness and community engagement.
