FSG partnered with ForrestPerkins on Enso Village in Healdsburg, CA, a Zen-inspired life plan community, to deliver all FF&E across multiple phases. The 435,000-square-foot, 16-acre campus includes 221 independent living residences, 30 assisted living units, and 24 memory care homes. Amenities feature a Zendo meditation hall, indoor swimming pool with sundeck, wellness and fitness spaces, multiple dining venues (including a vegetarian bistro and a farm-to-table restaurant), a teaching kitchen, and an on-site farm. FSG furnished all amenity spaces with custom tables, seating, outdoor furniture, and lounge pieces that reflect and support the community’s mission of mindful aging, contemplative care, and environmental stewardship.
