FSG partnered with Core Spaces and Curioso to manage the FF&E sourcing and procurement for Hub Atlanta, a 19-story, 792-bed student housing community developed by Core Spaces. Located in Midtown Atlanta, just steps from Georgia Tech and Georgia State University, Hub Atlanta offers a range of fully furnished units, including studios and multi-bedroom apartments, designed to meet the needs of today’s students. The development features resort-style amenities such as a rooftop pool and sundeck, fitness center with spa, coworking lounges, and a coffee bar. The design incorporates contemporary elements with locally sourced art and high-end finishes, creating a vibrant and comfortable living environment for students.
