FSG partnered with Core Spaces and Studio K to provide comprehensive FF&E sourcing and procurement for ōLiv Seattle, a 25-story, mixed-use student housing development near the University of Washington campus. Inspired by a music theme, the community offers fully furnished studios and multi-bedroom apartments with interiors featuring high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. Designed to foster community and connection, ōLiv Seattle provides amenities including a rooftop pool and sundeck, fitness center with yoga room, spa with indoor sauna, and an outdoor lounge with BBQ area and fire pits, all curated to reflect rhythm and harmony in both design and lifestyle.
