FSG partnered with Hord Coplan Macht and The Howard Hughes Corporation to provide comprehensive FF&E sourcing and procurement for several key projects within Summerlin, Las Vegas’ premier master-planned community. 1700 Pavilion is a 10-story, 267,000 sq ft Class-A office building in Downtown Summerlin, featuring LEED Silver certification and panoramic views of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Strip. South Office is a modern workspace designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding urban environment. Tanager is a 267-unit luxury apartment complex offering upscale living in the heart of Summerlin, while Tanager Echo, completed in 2023, adds 295 luxury units with high-end amenities for tenants. These developments exemplify Summerlin’s commitment to creating a vibrant, walkable urban core that blends modern architecture with sustainable design and community-focused amenities.
