FSG partnered with Core Spaces and Curioso to manage the FF&E sourcing and procurement for The Pier at Clemson, a 140-acre student housing village developed by Core Spaces. Inspired by the nostalgia of lake living and the warmth of a tight-knit community, the development offers a diverse range of living options, including lakeside cottages, modern tiny homes, and spacious townhomes. The community features resort-style amenities such as two pools, a spa, rooftop terrace, wellness center, and coworking spaces. Designed to foster a sense of community and provide a comfortable living environment for students, The Pier at Clemson combines modern design with the charm of lakeside living.
