Project Management

A senior housing project cannot begin without architecture, interior design concepts, and specifications. Our team takes these documents and plans, develops, manages, and executes each senior living furniture, fixture & equipment request based on construction timelines, storage resources, and product availability.

Cash Flow Projection

To calculate the project cash flow, we will consider the senior housing project timeline, the bank draw schedule, and the funds needed for each commodity. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the cash flow, we enter specifications, issue purchase orders, qualify invoices, and request payment.

One Point of Contact

When your design concept needs to become a reality, you must have a person designated as the primary coordinator and contact. This person will act as a focal point to expedite project workflow, facilitate communication between all team members, provide clear guidelines, and ensure deadlines and objectives are completed successfully, which increases efficiency and helps reduce any confusion or delays that could occur during development.

Vendor Tracking

Our team is always on top of things, confirming the availability of all products, keeping track of vendor deliveries, and advising of potential schedule conflicts. Delivery Management

As part of our delivery management and coordination efforts, we will be on-site to oversee FF&E deliveries and installations. The products will be placed according to the plans, and all debris will be removed. We punch list any open senior living furniture, fixtures, and equipment items and take responsibility for resolution.

Post-Occupancy Service

We understand that sometimes post-occupancy issues can arise in your community, so we are committed to helping coordinate the resolution of any issues you may face after occupancy.
